Now, I know some of you guys do ice baths and stuff like that.
It's a trendy thing, but I'm going to talk about how that doesn't cut the mustard.
Because it's your entire body going into the cold, so it can't localize the area and get the inflammation down.
That's important to know.
Athletes actually can do ice baths and stuff like that to cool the body temp down.
If they're really revved up and heated up, like seriously, they were on the field,
and they go straight from there or straight from a workout practice and they go right into a cold
bath. I mean that that's what people do and of course there's other therapies that require cold
but when you're chronically sick or you got an injury that's in a certain area you can't do the
ice bath and medical meme information I don't recommend the ice baths because what happens is
it drives your adrenals into chaos.
